Information for Tenants

As a prospective tenant looking for a suitable property your requirements are extremely important to us. We will endeavour to afford you the time to ascertain these needs and arrange for you to view all suitable properties.

We will arrange to meet you at our office, the property or even your place of work to accompany you to all viewings to allow you the time to have an uninterrupted look at the properties and ask a many questions as you like. There is no time limit to these viewings.

Once you have found your ideal property we will require an administration/referencing fee of 25% of the agreed monthly rent. This also acts as your reservation fee.

On the day of occupation an appointment will be made for you to sign the tenancy agreements, set up a standing order for future rent payments and pay the balance of your invoice which is as follows :

  • First Months Rent
  • Dilapidation Deposit equal to 6 weeks rent
  • A Legal Agreement Fee of £60.00

From here we will accompany you to your new home and go through the inventory (if applicable), read meters to enable us to transfer all utilities (gas, electric, water & council tax) and most importantly, hand you your keys.
