By choosing the Tenant Introduction service you will remain in control of the day to day running of your property whilst allowing Premier Lettings to undertake the sometimes time consuming task of marketing your property and finding a suitable tenant.

The service includes :

• Carry out a valuation of your property.
• Market your property through local/national advertising, websites and promotions including colour digital images.
• Accompanied viewings at all times. (Not restricted to office hours)
• Full and comprehensive referencing checks once a tenant has been found.
• Full inventory (if required)
• Six week dilapidation deposit.
• Check In/Check Out procedure as standard, to include the transfer of all utilities.
• Collect first months rent and deposit and pay direct into your designated account.
• Set up standing order from tenant to you account.

The charge for this service is 60% +VAT of the agreed monthly rent as a single payment. This is payable at the commencement of every new tenancy.
