Full Property Management Service

Please find below further information regarding our Fully Managed Service.

By choosing the fully managed service you will entrust Premier Lettings to the day to day running of your property, from emergency 24 hour call-outs to the monthly rent collection and payments.

The service includes :

  • Carrying out a valuation of your property.
  • Market your property through local/national advertising, websites and promotions including colour digital images.
  • Accompanied viewings at all times. (Not restricted to office hours)
  • Full and comprehensive referencing checks once a tenant has been found.
  • Full inventory (if required)
  • Six week dilapidation deposit.
  • Check In/Check Out procedure as standard, to include the transfer of all utilities.
  • Rent payments by BACS transfer to your designated account.
  • Monthly statements via e-mail or post.
  • Quarterly inspections and report on your property.
  • Property maintenance including a 24 hour emergency call out.

The charge for this service is 12% of the agreed monthly rental for the term of the tenancy and its continuation. This will be automatically deducted from your rental income.
